　　北京中關(guān)村國際孵化園成立于2000年12月，由中關(guān)村科技園區(qū)管委會、北京首創(chuàng)集團(tuán)、實創(chuàng)集團(tuán)等7家股東投資建立，擁有24000平方米的創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化面積，是科技部認(rèn)定的國家級高新技術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)中心、北京市科委認(rèn)定的北京市高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地、中華全國歸國華僑聯(lián)合會認(rèn)定的中國僑聯(lián)科教興國示范基地，是北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院、清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院MBA學(xué)生實習(xí)基地、北航軟件學(xué)院、中科院軟件學(xué)院軟件工程師實習(xí)基地、新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)碩士實習(xí)基地

　　在總體布局方面滿足業(yè)主工作要求，主要材料為軟膜天花、編織地毯、高隔間等等，以軟膜天花的柔美、編織地毯的質(zhì)感、高隔間的隔音等各種特點，旨在打造一個簡潔高效且分區(qū)明確的辦公空間。
